Coach Ray has dedicated his life to inspiring and developing young athletes both on and off the court. He currently serves as the 2025–26 High School Assistant Varsity Basketball Coach and previously led the Middle School Basketball Program as Head Coach (2023–25). Before that, he was the Head Coach of the Basketball Academy of the Palm Beach Division, where he developed players through fundamentals, discipline, and leadership training.
In addition to coaching, Coach Ray is the Founder of the Acorn Seed Project Mentoring Experience, a program designed to help children grow not only in their skills and talents, but also in their character, interests, and hearts.
Coach Ray studied Religion and Business Management at PBSU and BCU, which shaped his holistic approach to mentoring student-athletes—focusing on their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Passionate about the health and mental wellness of all children, Coach Ray brings a contagious energy and strong leadership presence to the Pine student community. His influence extends beyond basketball, instilling resilience, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence in every child he mentors.
