At The Pine School, our Strength & Conditioning program is designed to develop well-rounded, resilient student-athletes through a focus on functional movement, injury prevention, and athletic performance. Under the guidance of Coach Shirk, students engage in structured training that supports their sport-specific goals while fostering lifelong fitness habits. The program emphasizes proper technique, individualized progression, and a supportive training environment that helps athletes build strength, speed, agility, and sport-specific skills. Participation is voluntary – students may participate in-season or off-season. Sessions are available both in the morning and evening at the times listed below.
