REMINDER!! The Athletic Clearance process must be done once every year to be eligible for any athletic practice or competition. Follow the steps below before the start of the school year.

Step 1: Visit https://athleticclearance.fhsaahome.org/ to create an account or login to your account.

Step 2: Select Start Clearance Here to begin the process.

Step 3: Drop Down Box for Year: Select 2025-26.

Step 4: Drop Down Box for School: Select Pine School – Hobe Sound.

Step 5: Drop Down Box for Sport: Select sports you will be playing during the 2025-26 school year.

Step 6: Complete all required fields for Student Information, Educational History, Parent/Guardian Information, Medical History, and Signature Forms.

Step 7: Upload completed EL2 Pre-Participation Physical Form to your account and upload NFHS video certificates to their respective locations. 

Step 8: Submit Completed Registration.

Step 9: The Pine School athletic department will notify you of your Athletic Clearance status.
