Coach Woodbury is a dedicated and experienced coach who has spent more than 28 years developing student-athletes and fostering a lifelong love for sports. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes building character, promoting teamwork, and instilling the discipline necessary for success both on and off the field.

Coach Woodbury has shared her passion and expertise across a wide range of sports, including:

• Ski Team (6 years, Maine): Guided athletes in technical skills, course management, and mental toughness while prioritizing safety and sportsmanship.
• Volleyball (8 years): Coached both indoor and beach volleyball, focusing on fundamentals, strategy, and building cohesive, high-performing teams.
• Basketball (5 years): Emphasized discipline, court awareness, and conditioning, instilling a strong work ethic through a fast-paced, high-energy approach.
• Soccer (4 years, Maine): Focused on tactical positioning, ball control, and communication, helping players understand the importance of teamwork and collective success.
• Lacrosse (3 years): Developed technical skills while promoting resilience and sportsmanship.
