What is the procedure for using study hall time for strength and conditioning?

To ensure proper accountability, please follow this protocol:

  • Sign-out: Sign out with the study hall monitor before heading to the weight room.
  • Arrival: Sign in with the Sports Performance coach immediately upon arrival.
  • Conduct: Students are permitted only in study hall or the weight room. If your workout ends before the period is over, you must return directly to study hall.
